AUSTRALIA: FREE domestic shipping for orders over $150 (standard Australia Post or Sendle Couriers). Free Shipping DOES NOT apply to some Larger Items.

For any orders under $150 you have the option to choose Flat Rate $12.00 or Express Post $15.00 We charge a Flat Rate of $9.00 for all Jewellery Items. 

Some Larger Items – Free Shipping DOES NOT apply you will have the option to choose Flat Rate $15 or Express $18.00

AUTHORITY TO LEAVE: For all orders under $150 our shipping policy automatically selects ‘authority to leave’ in a safe location if nobody is at home to accept the parcel. This is so you can receive your order promptly. In the event that the driver deems it unsafe, your order will be sent to your nearest collection point.

If you have any special instructions or would prefer not to have your item left unattended please indicate these in the ‘notes’ section when finalising your purchase.

All orders over $200 require a signature on delivery unless stated in the ‘notes’ section when finalising your purchase.

ORDER CONFIRMATION: When you place an order you will be sent an Order Confirmation Number and once order is ready to be despatched you will receive a tracking number via Australia Post or Sendle Couriers.

The Leather Crew Team will do its utmost to meet the indicated delivery times but will not be held responsible for delays caused by the postal service or customs clearance once it has left our HQ.

Delivery of items is subject to availability, and we cannot accept responsibility or liability for any item it is not able to supply. However, we will offer you a store credit for any item that is unexpectedly delayed.

The customer is responsible for ensuring all delivery details are correct. The Leather Crew will not be responsible for return of goods due to incorrect delivery information. Any additional charges due to incorrect details will be charged to the customer.

 

Returns

If you’re not 100% satisfied with the items you purchased, we offer a store credit or exchange, only regular priced items may be refunded – discounted items (including coupon codes) we only offer a store credit, no exchange or returns are offered on sale items, postage charges to return products are the responsibility of the customer.

If you would like to return/exchange an item please contact us via the contact page for a returns form within 14 days of receiving your purchase.

You will be sent an email containing instructions on returning the item/s and a form to fill out and include in the package. Once you have been sent a postal address, the item must be sent back within 14 days to be eligible for a refund. Any items returned after the 14 days will receive a credit which is redeemable for a 3 month period.

Please use the provided online return/exchange form to indicate the reason for your return/exchange and include in the package when returning your item/s.

Please note: The Leather Crew do not offer a free returns service for change of mind.

PLEASE NOTE: no exchanges or returns are offered for sale items.

We reserve the right to refuse a returned items if the items do not comply to our returns policy. Refused items will be posted back to you and additional postage will be charged. We accept no responsibility for returns that are sent by non-traceable postage methods and are not received. Unfortunately without the items we cannot issue an exchange or refund. We strongly suggest you send your returns using a traceable method.
